A hello packet was received with neither IPv4 nor the IPv6 NLPID set in the protocols supported TLV.
Extreme's implementation of IS-IS only supports IPv4 or IPv6. Be sure the neighboring router's interface has either IPv4 or IPv6 configured and enabled.
